Fresh products prepared as natural, cored or filleted products are frozen without touching them, thanks to the spiral frezer IQF technology. Here, the products are covered with a protective layer of ice (glaze) at the desired rate. In the next stage, they are taken into the hardening tunnel. Here, sudden freezing process is applied. Afterwards, they are kept in storage rooms at -18 degrees, ready for shipment. Every stage of production is controlled by Aquaculture Engineers and Food Engineers who are experts in their fields.
